Anna Lewandowska was born on 7 September 1988 in Lodz, Poland, to Bogdan Stachurski (father) and Maria (mother). Anna attended the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw and graduated in 2012 after defending her thesis.
Anna Lewandowska married Robert Lewandowski on 22 June 2013. They conducted their wedding ceremony in the Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Serock, Poland.
