TNT Sports is one of the leading sports networks, where you can tune in to watch football, rugby, WWE, UFC, and more.

But who are the TV personalities who help to bring you this content?

After restructuring in 2023, TNT Sports will feature some new faces and some of the old personalities you are used to.

Below is a look at some of the leading TNT Sports presenters, reporters, commentators, and pundits you can look forward to seeing on your TV screen.

1. Matt Smith

Matt Smith is a British broadcaster and one of the leading presenters at TNT Sports.

He started his career in the media as an intern for the Associated Press and has since worked for several radio and TV networks like Radio 5 Live, BBC Radio, BBC TV, and ITV.

Matt Smith joined TNT Sports in 2015 and has been with the network since then. He is a lead presenter who usually covers football events like the Premier League, UEFA Champions League, Europa League, World Cup, FA Cup, and England international matches.

2. Jules Breach

Jules Breach is a British broadcaster and one of the top female TNT Sports presenters.

She started her career in the media industry by working on a shopping channel. She then moved to a local UK radio station, where she got an opportunity to cover sports.

Jules Breach’s big break came when she got a job at TNT Sports, and she has since grown to become one of the top female media sports personalities in the UK.

She is famous for presenting football events like the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Nations League, Premier League, England national football team competitions, and other football programs.

3. Peter Crouch

Peter Crouch is a former English professional football player turned pundit. During his football career, he featured for several top English clubs like Tottenham Hotspurs, Aston Villa, Portsmouth, Southampton, and Liverpool.

He also represented the England national team at both youth and senior levels.

After retiring from football, Crouch started a career in the media industry, becoming a pundit. He is a regular face on TNT Sports, offering expert opinion and analysis during Premier League matches.

Sarra Elgan is a Welsh journalist and TV presenter. She started her career as an actress, appearing on the Welsh soap opera Pobol y Cwm. She then landed a job as a children’s show presenter at S4C, a Welsh TV channel.

While still at S4C, Elgan switched to sports and has been covering Rugby Union matches since then.

She has worked as a sports presenter and reporter for several networks, including BBC, Sky Sports, ESPN, and TNT Sports.

5. Darren Fletcher

Darren Fletcher is a British sports broadcaster. He started his career as a radio broadcaster for BBC Radio Five, covering football events.

Later, he joined the BBC Sports TV channel, covering the Premier League, the Olympics, the World Cup, and other football events.

Fletcher joined TNT Sports in 2013 as a Premier League commentator. He is a lead commentator for the channel and usually covers sports events like Premier League, FA Cup, UEFA Champions League, and Europa League.

Rachael Brown-Finnis is one of the top female pundits on TNT Sport. She is a former English professional footballer who was a goalkeeper for England’s women’s national team.

She also featured for several top women’s clubs like Liverpool, Everton, and Arsenal.

After retiring from football, Rachael Brown started a career as a pundit, working for TNT Sport. She usually covers Premier League and FA Women’s Super League matches.

7. Darrel Currie

Darrel Currie is a Scottish TV journalist and presenter. He started his career in the media industry as a teenager, working for Scottish radio station Radio Clyde as an afternoon runner.

Since then, he has worked for several major broadcasting corporations, including CNN International, ESPN, and BBC Scottland.

Currie joined TNT Sports from ESPN and is one of the channel’s lead sports presenters. He usually covers football events like the UEFA Champions League, Premier League, and UEFA Europa League.  

8. Jo Ankier

Joanna Ankier is a former British track athlete turned TV personality. She used to compete as a track runner and even set three British national records – 1500, 2000, and 3000 meters steeplechase.

She also represented England at several international events, including the Commonwealth Games.

Ankier retired from athletics in 2008 and decided to pursue a career in the media industry.

She has worked as a reporter, journalist, producer, and TV host for several networks, including ESPN, Fox Soccer, Sky Sports News, Chelsea FC, Liverpool FC, and the Tennis Channel.

Currently, she is a reporter for TNT Sport, covering boxing, baseball, and other sports events.

9. Ian Darke

Ian Darke is a British broadcaster famous for his work as a sports commentator. He started his career in the media at BBC Radio, where he worked for nearly a decade, covering sports like football, boxing, and athletics.

After leaving BBC Radio, Darke worked for several media organizations like Sky Sports, ESPN, Fox, and Prime Video Sports.

He now works as a lead football commentator at TNT Sport, covering the Premier League and other major European football competitions.

10. Suzi Perry

Expect to see Suzi Perry when you switch to TNT Sports this year. She is a career broadcaster with over 25 years in the media industry.

Suzi Perry started her career in media as a correspondent for BBC Sports, covering motorbike racing, tennis, boat racing, athletics, and other sporting events.

She then established herself as a Grand Prix motorcycle racing presenter before taking over as a Formula 1 presenter for BBC Two.  

Suzi Perry left BBC in 2016 to join TNT Sport. Since then, she has been the channel’s lead motorsport presenter, covering several events like MotoGP, FIM Speedway, and World Rally Championship.

11. Rio Ferdinand

Rio Ferdinand is another former professional footballer turned pundit working at TNT Sport.

As a footballer, Ferdinand played for England’s national team and top English clubs like West Ham United, Leeds United, and Manchester United.

After retiring as a footballer in 2015, Ferdinand joined TNT Sports as a pundit. He is on the coverage team for major football events like the Premier League, FA Cup, UEFA Europa League, and EUFA Champions League.

12. Ben Kay

The Liverpool native spent over a decade playing for rugby union club Leicester Tigers. He also represented the England men’s national rugby union team at several events.

After retiring as a rugby player, Kay became a sports commentator and pundit. He now works as a pundit for rugby union at TNT Sport.

13. James Richardson

James Richardson is a British sports journalist and TV presenter. He became famous for anchoring the program Football Italia on Channel 4. After leaving Channel 4, he worked for several other outfits, including Eurosport, Bravo TV, and ESPN.

In 2013, Richardson joined TNT Sport, where he has made a name covering European football events like Serie A, Premier League, and Champions League. Currently, he is a presenter for The UEFA Champions League Goals Show.

14. Reshmin Chowdhury

Reshmin Chowdhury is a British sports journalist and TV reporter. She started her career in the media industry as an intern at Reuters TV. She then worked for several media outfits, including ITV1, whatsonwhen.com, ITN, BBC London, BBC News, and Bloomberg TV.

In 2008, she joined Real Madrid TV as a presenter, where she became famous for interviewing Madrid’s stars like Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema.

Later, she joined BBC Sports, covering several football events like the Premier League, FIFA World Cup, FA Cup, and Olympics.

Chowdhury joined TNT Sports in 2014 as a presenter for the SpotsHUB show.

She serves as a presenter and reporter, covering football events like the UEFA Europa League, the FA Cup, the UEFA Champions League, the World Cup, the Premier League, the FA Women’s Super League, and the UEFA Champions League.

15. Craig Doyle

Craig Doyle is one of the top male TNT Sports presenters. The Irish broadcaster started his career in the radio sector with BBC Radio before switching to TV, where he worked for ITV and later BBC One.

In 2004, Doyle joined BBC Sports as part of the coverage team for rugby and triathlon. He then moved to ITV Sports, where he covered football events like the UEFA Champions League.

In 2013, Doyle moved to TNT Sports as a presenter and reporter, covering the rugby union. On occasion, he also covers other sports events like MotoGP.  

16. Harry Redknapp

Harry Redknapp is a former English football player and manager. As a player, he featured for football clubs like West Ham United, AFC Bournemouth, Seattle Sounders, and Brentford.

After retiring as a player, he became a coach, managing teams like AFC Bournemouth, Portsmouth, Tottenham Hotspurs, Queen Park Rangers, and Birmingham City.

Since retiring as a manager, Redknapp has appeared several times on TNT Sports as a pundit, offering expert opinion and analysis on English Premier League matches.

Robbie Savage is a former Welsh football player turned broadcaster. He played for Wales at the international level and for teams like Manchester United, Blackburn Rovers, Derby County, and Leicester City at the club level.

Savage started working as a pundit while he was still playing club football. After retiring as a pro footballer, he moved full-time to the media industry, working for outfits like BBC Radio and ESPN.

He is now one of the leading TNT Sports commentators and has been involved in live coverage of football events like the World Cup and Barclays Premier League matches.

18. Gavin Emmet

Gavin Emmet is a sports reporter, presenter, and commentator working for TNT Sport. He started his career in the media industry in 2001 when he joined Dorna Sports 2001 as a TV content journalist.

After working in the company for a few years, Emmet switched gears and started doing live commentary for MotoGP, Moto2, and Moto3 competitions.

In 2014, he joined TNT Sport, where he has worked as a lead commentator for live MotoGP events in the UK. Emmet also serves as a reporter for MotoGP World and other sporting events like football.

19. Ugo Monye

Ugochukwu Chiedozie Monye is a former professional rugby union player turned sports pundit. He played for English rugby union club Harlequins, making over 200 appearances. He also represented the England and British & Irish Lions rugby teams internationally.

After retiring from playing rugby, Monye started hosting a weekly podcast for BBC. Later, he joined TNT Sports as a pundit and commentator for rugby union events.  

20. Owen Hargreaves

Owen Hargreaves is a former professional football player who joined the media industry after retiring. As a player, he featured for England’s national team and clubs like Bayern Munich, Manchester United, and Manchester City.

After retiring from football, Hargreaves joined TNT Sport, where he started working as a pundit. He is part of the channel’s coverage team of football competitions like the Premier League, EUFA Champions League, EUFA Europa League, Euros, and the FA Cup.
